This man is if runny terrified for his life because he is on fire, while the people are taking pictures of him.  This monks name is Ken and he is making a statement, he is in Tokyo at a festival, Ken is expressing himself by putting himself on fire and running though the town like a maniac.

there was this civilian who shot a gunman. the gunman's name was Henry and the person who shot him through a window was Joel, Joel did this because Henry and him where in a argument and the only way Joel knew how to express himself was by shooting Henry in Mississippi though a car window. 

President Obama and Governor Perry are in an augment when the government shut down because the two parties could not make a decision. Obama and Perry are on their way back to Washington from Virgina on a plane.

The rule of this photo is Rules of Thirds- (an object taken at the farthest corner of the picture)- the photographer achieved this rule by making the solider stand in the very corner.

The rule for this photo is Repetition- ( an object or subject repeating multiple times)- the photographer achieved this rule by making all the biker be up and all on bikes at the same time, and there is more than one biker in this picture.
